Oceania
Released in theaters in 2016, Oceania was one of the most popular Disney animated films of recent years. The project will turn very soon into a live action film as announced, to the amazement of fans, by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, voice of the demigod Maui. In addition to reprising his role in the remake, the actor will also executive produce alongside Dany and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions.

Disney's trend of turning the most successful animated films into live action projects continues. Next on the calendar is The Little Mermaid, due out May 24. Written by two-time Academy Award-nominated screenwriter David Magee (Life of Pi, Neverland), The Little Mermaid tells the story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited mermaid who seeks adventures far from what she knows. She is the youngest daughter of King Triton and the most rebellious, she longs to discover more about the world beyond the sea and, as she explores the surface, she falls in love with the handsome Prince Eric.
