DLSS 3 comes to Diablo IV
Ahead of next week's Game Developers Conference (GDC), NVIDIA announced the expansion of DLSS 3 support to new games and applications. Highlights include the integration of DLSS 3 into Unreal Engine version 5.2 and Streamline.
Games that will support DLSS 3 include current and future titles such as Forza Horizon 5 , Redfall and Diablo 4 . The integration with Forza Horizon 5 will be available from March 28, while the one with Redfall and Diablo 4 will arrive at the launch of the respective products. Recall that Redfall is an open-world cooperative first-person shooter developed by Arkane Austin to be released on May 2nd. Diablo 4, the latest Blizzard title in the acclaimed Diablo series, features new gameplay elements and will launch on June 6. Other games include Deceive Inc. , Gripper , Smalland: Survive the Wilds and THE FINALS .

Streamline serves as a compatible “plugin” with a wide variety of game engines and APIs, making it easier to inject technologies like DLSS, FSR, and XeSS into your rendering pipeline.
DLSS support has grown dramatically since its inception, with over 270 games and applications now supporting AI-based upscaling technology. DLSS 3 is already available in 28 games and is being adopted faster than DLSS 2, according to NVIDIA.
--> Thanks to NVIDIA Streamline and Unreal Engine 5.2 plugins, developers will have more opportunities to easily integrate DLSS into their games, improving gaming experience and performance. For now, we just have to see how these integrations and the growing support of DLSS will affect the gaming landscape in the coming months.
