The anime and the manga
The anime is based on the series of Japanese fantasy light novels written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah. Seventeen volumes were published in March 2021. Kodansha has published the manga adaptation while in Italy it is published by the Star Comics publishing house with the name Vita da slime.
