Babylon's Fall closes in record time
It has not yet been a year since Babylon's Fall made its debut on the market and here, like a bolt from the blue, an unexpected announcement arrives. The online multiplayer game by Platinum Games and Square-Enix is nearing the end of its run, with the Japanese company unveiling the latest plans for the title that will anticipate the definitive closure of online services.
As a result of this closure, the team has stated that they have canceled the publication of the large-scale updates that had been planned. Season 2 will run until Tuesday, November 29, 2022, as scheduled, while the Final Season will begin with a scheduled maintenance on the same day. "This last season will be the period in which players will be able to earn the rewards for the Season 2 leaderboard," said the development team.
It is with deep regret that we are terminating the game's service on February 28, 2023.
