What will be the future of the Harley Quinn animated series?

Since its release in 2019, the Harley Quinn animated series, produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, has become one of the flagship products of the streaming platform, receiving praise from critics and audiences. A series forbidden to minors that does not have the problem of breaking the fourth wall and showing cameos of real characters (including that of director James Gunn). But what will its future be?

Will there be a fourth season of Harley Quinn?

Although an official announcement has not yet arrived regarding the renewal of Harley Quinn, a fourth season would have been confirmed by the Entertainment Identifier Registry, a document that the various companies (including Warner itself) use to update the contents in arrival on the respective platforms. In addition to revealing the titles of the new episodes, it seems that the fourth season will be released in 2023.


Harley Quinn's character, conceived by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini, has experienced a new youth over the past decade. In addition to live action performances by Margot Robbie (most recently James Gunn's The Suicide Squad), he is also expected to appear as a co-star in the Joker sequel, due out in 2024. Oscar winner Lady Gaga plays the role of the mad companion of the clown prince of crime.
