After the controversies of the last few weeks, Zack Snyder returns to collaborate with DC, but in a rather unusual way. The Justice League director will have a cameo in episode 365 of Teen Titans Go! , animated series that repeatedly broke the fourth wall, indulging in metacinematographic citations.
Hey DC fans! I am so excited to be a special guest in an upcoming episode of Teen Titans Go! Over the years Teen Titans Go! has presented cameos of numerous DC characters, including Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze and many others, and personalities related to the world of comics: above all the late George Pérez, designer of Crisis on Infinite Earths, who died at 67 years due to terminal cancer.
This is most likely the last effective collaboration between Snyder and DC. Despite the relentless fan-led campaign that led to the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max, Warner Bros and DC Films have no plans in mind to continue the SnyderVerse. The RollingStone article argued that social campaigns were the result of bots (but in our opinion the SnyderCut remains equally epic) sparked discussion.
