With currently 47.4 million subscribers, PlayStation Plus changed dramatically last month, incorporating the PlayStation streaming platform Now and giving life to three different levels of subscription.
It is nevertheless interesting to observe the ways in which the survey was carried out: the sample used by Statista is of 1099 gamers with active subscriptions, who were asked to which service have they spent money in the last year.
The survey on the most popular videogame subscriptions in the US To this question, 41% indicated PlayStation Plus, while 39% indicated Amazon Prime services, which include Gaming and the Luna streaming platform. Finally, 37% of the respondents said they had a subscription to Xbox Game Pass.
Beyond the polls, the official figures speak of 47.4 million subscribers to PS Plus and 25 millions of Xbox Game Pass subscribers, the latter information dating back to last January: the numbers of both services are destined to grow.
