The work, whose original title is Yomi no Tsugai, began on 10 December 2021 through the monthly pages of Monthly Shounen Gangan (Kodansha). The work currently consists of 6 chapters and is unpublished in Italy. Here is a synopsis:
The story centers on Yuru, a boy who lives in a remote mountain village, spending his time hunting birds and being one with nature. But one day, Asa, Yuru's younger twin sister, is called to serve in the prison in the heart of the village, and her duty confines her there. Yuru slowly unveils the unnatural mystery hidden beneath his peaceful village.
