In essence, Fiat, under the leadership of Stellantis, will try to outperform the competition by bringing to the market a compact model, ideal for the city, at a very competitive price. The idea behind it is to cannibalize the segment, coming to insert (finally!) An electric city car at the price of an endothermic solution or almost. It is rumored that it will have a starting price much lower than 20 thousand euros and, therefore, with the incentives it could really become affordable for everyone, probably positioning itself close to the Dacia Spring.
In addition to being completely electric, it will surprise everyone with a style close to that of the Fiat Centoventi concept and will give rise to a series of models based on the same platform and always developed in Poland, more precisely in the same plant where they will be built also Alfa Romeo Brenner and Jeep B-SUV.
In a note, the number one of the brand specified that: in the path towards the electric, Fiat will go with two legs, as it has done so far in the thermal world. One of the two legs is the 500, the city car quite accessible but with status. And then there is the Panda / Centoventi world, which responds to Fiat's mission of having social responsibility.
