Reseller confirms the existence of new AMD Zen 2 and Zen 3 processors

Filipino retailer TechMovers has revealed the existence of new AMD CPUs based on the Zen 2 and Zen 3 microarchitectures. Specifically, these are the Ryzen 7 5700X, Ryzen 5 5600, Ryzen 5 5500, Ryzen 5 4500 and Ryzen 3 4100 models, whose release should be imminent by now.

Currently not Their specifications have been published, but the Ryzen 7 5700X CPU is expected to be equipped with 8 cores and 16 threads, while the Ryzen 5 5600 will have 6 cores and 12 threads and finally the Ryzen 5 5500 will be equipped with 6 cores and 6 threads. This information comes from a previous message posted on Twitter by @Zed_Wang. As for the rest, we can expect the chips to have a TDP of 65W, as well as lower operating frequencies than the Ryzen 7 5800X and Ryzen 5 5600X variants. We do not yet know the prices at which these products will be sold, but they will certainly be cheaper than the more performing models.

The CPUs known by the code name Renoir-X, which should constitute a sort of reboot of the Zen 2 line and will be without integrated GPU. These processors are expected to be pretty cheap, and while we don't have official information about it, they will likely run an improved version of Zen 2 capable of higher clock speeds.

A few days ago, we also reported that AMD should launch its new AMD EPYC “Milan-X” processors, the first to be equipped with 3D V-Cache, by the end of the month. For more details on this, we recommend that you read our previous article.
