Fenghua No.1
Last November, Xindong Technology announced its Fenghua No.1 board, intended for gaming PCs and data centers, first developed in-house and then designed by Innosilicon. Fenghua No. 1 is a multi-chiplet GPU with a GDDR6X-based memory subsystem that supports all modern (and legacy) graphics and processing APIs, including DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL and OpenGL ES. The product uses a PCIe Gen4 interface to connect to the host and can transmit the video stream using DisplayPort, eDP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 connectors.

Most likely, this name will say nothing to many, but Tongxin UOS, based on Debian Linux, is quite prominent in China and was developed as part of a government initiative to get rid of Windows. Fenghua No.1 is, therefore, the first certified graphics card made in China capable of offering excellent performance (up to 4K).
