ASRock uses 12 PS5 for cryptocurrency mining in its new server

The manufacturer ASRock is certainly one of those who winks more at miners, also offering several dedicated products in its BTC + line. However, the company also offers complete mining rigs to sell to its customers. Among these, as reported by the well-known leaker Komachi on Twitter, we find a real server for cryptocurrency mining, sold at a price of 13,499 euros and able to offer a hashrate of 610 MH / s.

In the past, AMD had tried to reuse defective APUs (with GPU disabled) in the AMD 4700S desktop kit and apparently found another way to put them back on the market.

Considering the current average price of an RTX 3090, going for the ASRock system might not be a bad idea.
