Alan Wake Remastered appeared on the web like a bolt from the blue: during the last few hours there has been a lot of talk about the possibility that the historic title of Remedy is about to return to the shelves and in our libraries. A Taiwanese retailer has recently listed Alan Wake Remastered for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S with a specific launch date, namely October 5, 2021. To add to this there is also another retailer, who seems to have published a poster where the aforementioned remastered is portrayed.
The adventures of the character of Sam Lake are therefore imminent and, according to a known insider, the announcement is also much closer than we think. Twitter user Wario64 had revealed the presence of Alan Wake Remastered in the list of the aforementioned retailer, then obtaining a direct response from ZhugeEX, a market analyst who in the past has already correctly anticipated some information from the world of video games.
The latter in particular simply stated with a tweet that the game will be announced next week. As a result, speculations that Alan Wake Remastered may be in the PlayStation Showcase announcements are now very concrete, while Sony's conference promises to be full of interesting surprises indeed. For the moment, however, we would like to clarify that there are still no official confirmations regarding what has been leaked so far, which is why we advise you to take this information with pliers.

In any case, it would not be at all strange to find that Remedy is still working on the Alan Wake series, especially after the success of Control and the AWE expansion. After all, we already know that something about a possible Alan Wake 2 is already in the works at their studios. Do you also believe that the announcement will be made during the PlayStation Showcase, perhaps together with God of War Ragnarok? Let us know by commenting below what you think, and especially if you would like to return to play the role of the writer of Sam Lake.
On Amazon you can buy Control: Ultimate Edition for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
