PS Plus
Until the announcement of the "free" games for PS Plus in September 2021, users have to be patient: If Sony does not change the known process, the list of upcoming games for PS4 and PS5 will be presented on September 1st. Even before the announcement, the first rumors about the possible game line-up are making the rounds on the Internet. As reported on Reddit, among other things, individual players are said to have recently received free access to Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 & 2 via PS Plus. On Twitter, a user reports that the new edition of the fun sports game on PSN is being issued as "Free with PS Plus", but that he cannot download it for free.It remains to be seen whether there is a bug in the PlayStation Store - or Sony actually makes Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 & 2 available to all PS Plus members in September. An opinion is currently pending. One thing is certain: A picture recently circulating on Twitter about the line-up at PlayStation Plus in September is (at least in part) a fake. The graphics are outputting the horror game The Medium as a PS5 title in September.

PlayStation Plus September free games line-up will not feature The Medium
Bloober Team's horror game The Medium will not be in the PlayStation Plus monthly line-up of games, the developer has confirmed. The Medium is coming to PS5 on September 3rd after a period of exclusivity on Xbox. The confirmation came from Bloober Team's Twitter account after developer Tomasz Gawlikowski had also tweeted the end of any PS+ dreams. There have been endless rumours and fake mock-ups of the PS+ monthly games line-up for September. In fairness, the Medium was a good educated guess from some quarters of the internet, as the PS5 edition of the game is coming on September 3rd after a long period of exclusivity. This also puts into doubt the validity of the other two games on the poster, Haven and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2.Now it seems more likely that a game like F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Torch might make the list, or maybe even a day-and-date PS+ release of Golf Club: Wasteland which comes out on September 3rd. Until we get official confirmation though, remember to keep your pinch of salt at hand!
