Genshin Impact 2.2
miHoYo has announced a new character from Genshin Impact, Thoma, who will arrive with update 2.2. Via Twitter, the developer has revealed the first details about the character, thus letting us know that he is a Pyro warrior.Thoma's official description reads: "Thoma, who was born in Mondstadt, now lives in Inazuma , where he is the guardian of the Kamisato clan. Perhaps influenced by the relaxed and happy atmosphere of his hometown, Thoma is very good at socializing. Even though he is a stranger, he has built an unexpectedly powerful network of people in Inazuma, he is an affable person by nature and can easily get involved in various topics and establish relationships with various people. When it is time to defend the rights and interests of the Yashiro Commission, put aside the smile and show the serious side. Occasionally, however, Thoma sits alone in a corner of the Yashiro Commission and thinks about personal matters. He is an attentive, friendly and sociable person who takes care of all the animals and companions, but perhaps feels nostalgic for c asa. "
For the moment we do not know exactly when the update 2.2 of Genshin Impact will arrive, but it should be scheduled for 6 weeks after the update 2.1, which will be available from 1 September 2021. We do not even know if Thoma is a 4 star, even if it is the most credible solution since Yae - another character - is a 5 star. For the moment, however, we have not confirmed.
We also point out that, Yoimiya is unusable for fans, complaints against miHoYo.

The official Twitter handle of Genshin Impact has announced an all-new character today, known as Thoma. This was quite a surprise for many fans as many weren’t aware of which 4-star character will be arriving in the 2.2 Update. Leaks had only suggested that Yae will be the 5-star character that will be a part of the game.
Is Thoma a 4-star character?Now, miHoYo has made it official that the next character arriving in the update will be Thoma. Thoma will likely be the 4-star character arriving in the upcoming update’s banner. While there is no confirmation regarding whether he is 4-star or 5-star, considering Yae is a 5-star character, Thoma will likely be the 4-star one.
Genshin Impact 2.2 Thoma- Release Date and LoreThoma will be arriving in the game in the 2.2 Update, which will be arriving six weeks after the 2.1 Update. The 2.1 Update goes live on 1st September so we can expect 2.2 to drop around mid-October. Here is the lore and introduction of the character.
