The contest of the online ticketing site Tiqets is giving away a day of remote work in spectacular locations such as the Milan Cathedral and the New York MoMA

Goodbye to overcrowded lounge tables, endless calls in pajamas and neighbors who pass the vacuum cleaner just when the right attention is needed. But what if the remote work was done from a really special place, like the Duomo in Milan or the MoMA in New York? The idea is not as impossible as it seems: the online ticketing site Tiqets has launched an international competition that allows you to win a day of smart working in a very particular location.The contest is called Work from Here and is giving away a day of agile work (with wi-fi, lunch, water, coffee ...) in an atypical space: in addition to the Milan Cathedral and the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New Tork, the extravagant Casa Batlló designed by Antoni Gaudí in Barcelona, the Center Pompidou museum in Paris and the Escher in Het Paleis, the museum dedicated to MC Escher's illusions in The Hague. You can participate via a form on the Tiqets website until June 23.
In the case of the Milan Cathedral, the four winners with one companion each can work on the Archives, a space usually closed to the public, which is opened exclusively for coworkers on Friday 9 July. In addition to enjoying spectacular views of the spiers of Milan's landmark, lucky remote workers can visit the cathedral, take a guided tour of its terraces, and eat at the Rosa Grand Milano restaurant.
“It is difficult to feel motivated after a year of working from home,” explains Luuc Elzinga, president and co-founder of Tiqets in a note. "Tiqets wants to help people be reborn this summer and feel inspired again. That's why we are collaborating with incredible museums and attractions such as the Milan Cathedral, MoMA, Center Pompidou and other wonders to allow people to change their idyllic Zoom background for the real one ”.
