The Twitter profile Larry Hryb has declared in a post that support is coming for Xbox Series X and S to Dolby Vision Atmos. For the uninitiated, it is just a type of enhanced HDR, that is a high dynamic range system that implements the management of contrasts and the graphic rendering of whites and blacks. What differentiates it from its predecessor, the HDR10, is the dynamic management of graphic metadata.
Although fans are waiting for news on upcoming games, this could be very interesting for the future of the console. We will therefore see if they reveal something more interesting in the near future, especially during E3 in Los Angeles on June 12th.
