The role of insiders, or presumed insiders, is to report the rumors that somehow pass through their ears. There are some that are easily verifiable and others that are difficult to decode. In this case, Klobrille, an insider focused on the Microsoft world, shared with his followers a rather generic information, with absolutely interesting implications. According to him, in fact, a news that emerged this week, apparently "boring", will give way to something extremely ambitious that will however see the light in several months. As you can see, the insider is it's kept pretty vague, the only thing he did specify is that it's news this week and that it will have a direct connection to Xbox.
"Sometimes there is game news that looks boring on the surface, but is actually the start of something ambitious and has an interesting connection to Xbox," wrote Klobrille on Twitter. "That 'sometimes' happened this week."
Following the message he put a hashtag asking him to come back to this post in 28 months, or almost two and a half years. This is a very long period of time, during which anything can happen. Klobrille, however, promises to return to the subject sooner.
In your opinion, which news are you referring to? We rely on Microsoft to buy Nuance, an AI company, for $ 19.7 billion.

Xbox Series X restock date: Best Buy, Walmart and GameStop – when and where to buy it
© Provided by TechRadar Xbox Series X stockThe Best Buy Xbox Series X restock time hasn't happened today, April 16, and we're now three weeks without the biggest electronics retailer in the US having a next-gen console restock. We're well outside of the restock time window of 12pm to 3:15pm EDT. Could it still happen? As unlikely as it is, Matt Swider, our Xbox restock Twitter tracker, will tweet it out and send you an alert when the Xbox Series X is in stock – if you follow his account.
To get advance notice, follow Matt Swider, our Xbox restock tracker:
Our Xbox Series X restock alerts look like this (for example):
The Best Buy Xbox Series X restock date was thought be today, April 16. However, the Target Xbox restock date may be next in the new week, along with Antonline, according to Matt Swider, our Xbox restock Twitter tracker. He'll send a Twitter alert when the console is available to buy.
You can get alerts on when and where the Xbox is back in stock, with real-time updates through Matt's Xbox restock Twitter tracker. Other stores that should have availability that he tracks include Antonline (which had an Xbox Series X restock last week, so it's due next week), Costco, Sam's Club and the official Microsoft Xbox store.
Best Buy Xbox Series X restock date: April 16?The rumored Best Buy Xbox Series X restock date was Friday, April 16, according to the store's pattern of releasing the console on Fridays – when it has inventory. It didn't have an Xbox drop for the last two Fridays. This miss would make it three Fridays in a row without any next-gen console.
What time will the Best Buy Xbox restock happen? We usually start looking at 12pm EDT / 11am CDT / 10am MDT / 9am PDT. We've seen Best Buy restock as late as 3:15pm EDT, but it's usually earlier with the three-hour time frame.
Walmart Xbox Series X restock dateThe next Walmart Xbox Series X restock could be next week, April 22. The past two Walmart Xbox restock events have seen limited consoles on hand (both April 15 and April 8). Matt Swider always has information about the Walmart restock time about three hours ahead of orders opening up. If the April 22 Walmart Xbox orders begin at the usual 2:30pm EDT / 11:30am PDT, expect to see an announcement from our Xbox Twitter tracker by noon EDT, unless Walmart changes up the date.
Here's what our Walmart Xbox stock alert looked like on March 22:
Antonline Xbox Series X restock dateThe next Xbox Series X restock date may be at Antonline, as the US retailer is known for next-gen restocks weekly, according to its own admission on Twitter. We expect both a PS5 restock and and Xbox restock this week – both consoles in bundle form.
Antonline ships consoles fast and it doesn't play games with its add to cart button like other Xbox Series X restock locations. This means you have about three minutes from the time Matt Swider sends his tweet to actually buy it.
Our last Antonline Xbox Series X restock alert from Wednesday, April 7:
Target Xbox Series X restock dateThe next Target Xbox Series X restock date may be next week, either Wednesday, April 21 or Thursday, April 22. It's been five weeks since that last Xbox drop at the retailer. We've seen a few stores build up small amounts of Xbox console inventory over that time. Matt Swider will have early information on the Xbox restock situation next week.
Here's our Target Xbox Series X restock alert from Thursday, March 11:
GameStop Xbox Series X restock dateThe GameStop Xbox Series X restock on April 14 was a big success, but not everyone was able to tap that add to cart button and secure the console bundle. When will GameStop restock Xbox Series X again? The retailer usually does console drops either once a week or every week-and-a-half. So we could be due the console as soon as next week.
Note: GameStop routinely restricts its Xbox Series X restock to bundles, and while it can cost more, it makes buying the new Xbox much easier because resellers have a more difficult time profiting from the packed-in games and accessories (which are all readily available). We usually know in advance when a GameStop restock happens.
Our Xbox Series X restock Twitter tracker alert for GameStop will look like:
Amazon Xbox Series X restock dateWe saw a surprise Xbox Series X restock at Amazon on Tuesday, March 23, and our restock tracker sent out an alert as soon as it happened. Even with that, the restock lasted just two minutes for the Series X. We also saw the Series S in stock it lasted a bit longer, but it has since sold out. There have only been a handful of Amazon Xbox restock dates since the console launched in November 2020, so we're unsure of when it'll be back in stock. We'll update this section when we know more.
New: We've been told by one source that they've seen more Xbox Series X consoles in warehouses that PS5 consoles, so we may actually be due another round of the Microsoft console before we ever see another restock from its biggest rival.
Here's what our Amazon Xbox restock alert looked like on Tuesday, March 23
Microsoft Xbox Series X restock dateThe official Microsoft Xbox store used to have the Series X console back in stock on random days through the week, however, it sold out one minute, according to our restock Twitter tracker account. We haven't seen a restock in recent weeks, though. Is Microsoft allowing other retailers to sell its console, or is it building up inventory? We're going to keep watching and send alerts when Xbox Series X is in stock.
The secret: some people either cancel their orders midway through the process, or their credit card gets rejected, so do keep refreshing when we send out the Xbox restock alert. You may get lucky in scooping up a console that gets kicked back into the inventory system after five or fifteen minutes.
Costco Xbox Series X restock dateThe Costco Xbox restock date is always unpredictable, but we often see the console back in stock on weekdays during normal hours (unlike rival Sam's Club, which can be all over the place with times as late as 1am EDT). There's a barrier to entry here, which can be a really good thing for you: the Xbox stock is open to Costco members only. That slows down the pace at which people can buy the Xbox Series X, but also means... you have to be a paid Costco member. The last Costco Xbox restock was Tuesday, April 13, so expect to see more Microsoft inventory soon.
