Epson has unveiled the new EB-PU1000 line of projectors, which includes 6,000, 7,000, 8,500 and 10,000 lumen models, with WUXGA resolution and 4K Enhancement, HDR and advanced installation features.
This series supports the range. of Epson motorized lenses and offers additional options, such as the new ELPEC01 external camera module which uses the built-in processing capabilities to stack without a PC, allowing you to stack two projectors to double the brightness of the projected image without having to use a computer
Gianluca De Alberti, Sales Manager Professional Display at Epson Italy, commented: «We are thrilled to present to the market the latest range of high brightness, lightweight, extremely versatile and perfect 3LCD laser projectors for various vertical markets, including visitor attractions, signage, corporate and higher education ».
Designed to make gr light projections, often in multi-projector projects where lens versatility is key, thanks to advanced installation capabilities, multiple models of the EB-PU1000 series can be used together with other higher brightness projectors in fleets at rental to offer greater versatility and significant cost savings.
The Epson Projector Professional Tool software also supports other features, such as assisted stacking, assisted tiling and image calibration. The flagship models also feature SDI input and output to further reduce installation complexity with daisy-chain support.
The new EB-PU2010, top of the range, has a light output of 10,000 lumens for both white and colors (Color Light Output, CLO), has a compact and lightweight structure and is smaller than 27% compared to the previous model thus allowing you to make installations of less impact, but without sacrificing brightness.
The more compact dimensions make the projector more portable and save storage space, offering advantages in terms of size and cost for projector fleets.
The new EB-PU1000 range includes NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that simplifies multi-projector setup, diagnostics and installation, and even when the projector is off, it allows communication between it and mobile devices thanks to Epson's Projector Config Tool. The initial configuration can be preset in stock, prior to delivery, to reduce the time required for adjustments when installing multiple projectors.
