The PushSquare editorial staff spoke about the problem by citing Rez Infinite, which is declared "100% completed" and played recently in the list of most used titles, too bad that the game in question is actually Gone Home Console Edition. And this is just one of the many errors, scrolling through the list the games reported incorrectly would be many, complete with cards that actually refer to other titles.
In our case it happened with FIFA 21, reported in the most played games ... when in reality the person who experienced the bug does not own the football game Electronic Arts. By opening the Ghost of Tsushima tab we were instead catapulted into the Hitman 3 stats page.
According to a PushSquare forum user, the problem may be due to the Resident Evil Village PS5 Maiden demo is unclear however how (probably due to errors in synchronization with Sony's servers) the file could have caused the bug in question.
Sony has not yet commented on this, please let us know if you are also encountering you this problem or not.
