A few minutes after the end of the Showcase dedicated to Resident Evil Village, the official PlayStation portal has been updated with a series of information regarding the PS5 version of the horror Capcom.
As almost all of the upcoming titles now, Resident Evil Village will also make extensive use of DualSense through support for both haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Unfortunately, the ways in which we will be able to take advantage of these features outside of the use of weapons have not been revealed in detail, but it is very likely that even during the solving of the puzzles they will come into play. The audio of the game will also be of the new generation thanks to the Tempest 3D AudioTech technology, which will allow anyone who decides to play with a pair of headphones to perceive the exact direction from which the terrifying sounds are coming. As for the technical sector, the presence of Ray Tracing and support for 4K resolution has been confirmed, although a disclaimer on the page suggests that there is a dynamic 4K resolution. It is therefore not clear whether the game will not run at native 4K or if there will be more graphics modes, so users can choose whether to play at 30 or 60 frames per second.
Waiting for new information, we remind you that on our pages you will find the link to the download of the Resident Evil Village Demo Maiden, available exclusively on PlayStation 5.
