Originally released exclusively on Apple Arcade for iPad and iPhone and later also released on Nintendo Switch, Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm will also debut on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S.
The action-adventure developed by the Finnish software house Cornfox & Brothers, often compared to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild both for the gameplay structure and for its colorful aesthetic traits, is therefore preparing to land on PC and next consoles -gen in collaboration with the publisher FDG Entertainment, but at the moment a precise launch date has not yet been released. The game will allow us to take part in the Oceanhorn Monster of Uncharted Seas prequel: the title actually takes place a millennium before the events narrated within the first chapter of the series.
Developer and publisher have hinted at the fact that Oceanhorn 2 will also be published on additional platforms in addition to those announced today, but at the moment we do not know which ones they were referring to in particular. We could therefore envisage a publication on Google Stadia and, why not, also on Sony and Microsoft's old gen consoles given the technical sector of the title that is not particularly demanding.
Waiting for further updates you can enjoy the new trailer that FDG Entertainment has published for the occasion and that you can find at the opening of the news. For more information on the title, please refer to our Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm review.
