Contrary to what was initially announced, there are five new free games for Stadia Pro, not four. The already known F1 2020, Hotline Miami, Figment and Ary and the Secret Seasons, was joined by surprise El Hijo: A Wild West Tale. If you are a Stadia Pro subscriber, all you have to do is go to Stadia.com, scroll through the homepage and click the "Request All" button to add them to your collection. You can play them without limitations as long as you are subscribed to the service. For the uninitiated, we point out that Stadia Pro costs 9.99 euros per month and in addition to free games it also offers 4K resolution, HDR support and 5.1 surround sound on compatible televisions and systems.
Games arrive, others leave: yesterday December 31st Celeste, Dead by Daylight, Embr, GYLT, Risk of Rain 2 and Rock of Ages III were removed from the selection. If you have already redeemed them, you can safely continue playing them as long as your subscription is active. The rest of the substantial selection remains unchanged, which among others includes Hitman 2, Sniper Elite 4 and PlayerUnknow's Battlegrounds Breakthrough Edition.
While we're at it, we remind you that the sales on Stadia Premiere Edition and games for Google are active Stadia.
