It has been known for some time that there will definitely be a third part of the wacky superhero Deadpool. So far, however, there have been next to no details about the film. Some fans had even feared that they expected a much "tamer" appearance of the masked protagonist due to the switch to Disney. But recently producer Kevin Feige, who has produced many Marvel films, spoke up in an interview with Collider magazine to shed light on these and a few other things. So you don't have to worry about a "toothless" Deadpool:
"He's going to get an R rating, and we're currently working on a script. Ryan is keeping an eye on the script ... The shooting won't start this year. Ryan is a very busy and successful actor. There are a number of things that we have already announced that we need to do, but it's exciting that it has started. It's a very different character at the MCU, and Ryan is a force of nature. It's just great to see him bring this character to life. "
It is therefore clear that Deadpool 3 will by no means be a happy family film due to the R-Rating (viewers under 17 are only allowed to see the film when accompanied by an adult). Feige also confirmed that Deadpool's third adventure will definitely be set in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), so guest appearances by other superheroes are within the realm of possibility. Since the shooting will not start until next year, we will have to wait at least two years until the premiere.
