Update (23/12/2020, 14.35): work in progress, the section of the Wallet dedicated to Cashback now displays the notice " There may be temporary problems in viewing the transaction list ”. In any case, the list of transactions is available again with all the movements performed. Applause for the speed in collecting the report and resolving the problem.
Hi Cristiano, now the transactions are visible, the problem only lasted a few minutes. It is worth updating the article so that users are not unnecessarily alarmed 😉
Thank you.

State cashback: zero transactions? It's a bug
We ran a test in the newsroom and the problem seems to affect about three quarters of the contributors. The screenshot below shows pretty clearly what's wrong. This is presumably a bug related to updates in progress and which following the reports will be resolved by the team working on IO in a short time.We remind you that the first phase of the initiative, the one called Christmas Extra Cashback, will close on 31 December with the possibility of obtaining up to 150 euros based on the expenses made in the store. The second window of the project will start from 1 January, the first of the three six-monthly periods scheduled until June 2022.
Yesterday the news that two weeks after the start of the State Cashback, repayments of 37 million have been accrued of Euro . A figure that rises to 90.6 million taking into account those not yet counted.
