Indeed, according to a survey conducted by Kaspersky, it seems that almost a third of employees (31%) would like to abandon the traditional 9: 00-18: 00 hours. This figure is even higher for employees aged between 18 and 24 (44%), which points to a growing trend. 33% are still ready to return to a fixed position in the office, but about a quarter (26%) would like to abolish the five-day work week.
The research also showed that almost one third (31 %) of employees consider remote work as one of the greatest benefits that emerged during living with the coronavirus, immediately after the time spent with the family (46%) and the economic savings obtained (37%). In fact, most of the benefits come from taking advantage of new opportunities for personal enrichment outside of work, as achieving a work-life balance has become even more important.
