For Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War another update is apparently imminent, which unlocks a new game mode for the first-person shooter. The developers have not yet communicated specific details. However, they have already teased the new "Dropkick" game mode via an in-game message in the past few days. As the Twitter page of "ModernWarzone" reports, it is a completely new game mode, in which you have to kill opponents in order to receive uranium, armor and scorestreaks. The uranium in turn is used to arm the Dirty Bombs.
As soon as the bombs are detonated, radiation zones are created. They affect healing, perks and add damage. The message adds that players who suffer screen death cannot return to the game as long as their team is holding the mission item and the carrier has not been eliminated. By holding the mission object, you get codes with which an atom bomb can be detonated, as ModernWarzone reports on the basis of another fade-in in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (buy now € 53.99).
Whoever ignites the bomb wins the round for himself. It remains to be seen at what time the dropkick update for the current first-person shooter will appear. We'll keep you up to date in our news area. Most recently, the developers released a free update with the popular Nuketown map. Black Ops Cold War is available in stores for PC and consoles.
